A profile is created automatically the first time a name appears anywhere: sign-on, induction, training, labour, expenses. Card details, tickets and card photos live on the induction record, so use Backfill from inductions to pull them onto the profiles. Each person's Safe to Work result, days on site and certificates are read live from the registers.
